Funeral services for Agnes (Pyka) Pilcik, 95, of the Richmond-Rosenberg area, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2014 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 7, 2014 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
Agnes was born on August 14, 1919 in Orchard, to Charley and Marie (Gajovsky) Pyka. She passed away on October 4, 2014 in Rosenberg.
In addition to her parents, Agnes is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Pilcik; brothers, Frank, John, Tom, Joe and Charley Jr. Pyka; twin sister, Annie Clark; sisters, Hattie Michulka and Julie Twordoski; and great grandson, Kirby Killion, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Edwin Srubar and his wife, Christine and their children, Brenda Ellis and Tommy Srubar and wife, Jodi; son, Kenneth Pilcik and his daughter, Elizabeth Flaxman and her husband, Jeff; son, Bennie Pilcik; daughter, Shirley Pilcik Murphy and husband, Pat and their daughter, Brooke Murphy; great grandchildren, Lisa Pire, Shelby Ellis, Christopher and Joshua Srubar; great great grandchildren, Madison Weaver and Kaden Pire; sisters, Martha Carbello and Lydia Williams; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
