Mr. Feil was born Aug. 22, 1933, in Dorrance, and moved to Salina from Wilson in 1957. He had operated Feil's Amoco Services since 1957. He was an Army veteran and a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Immanuel Lutheran Church. He was a former board member of the Central Kansas Foundation.
Survivors include is wife, Norma J. of the home; a son, Rod of Kansas City, Mo.; two daughters, Rhonda Heline of Lindsborg and Diana Looney of Salina; two brothers, Don of Salina and Dale of Lyons; two sisters, Wilma Daniels and June Dolezal, both of Wilson; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, the Rev. Kenneth Carmichael officiating. Burial will be in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church. Bigge-Moos Chapel Funeral Home
