Patricia Lavender, 55, of 730 Barret St., Burlington, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 1996, at her home.
Born Sept. 18, 1941, in Omaha, Neb., she was the daughter of Walter and Winona Graizer Schon. On Aug. 21, 1965, she married Thomas L. Lavender in Minot, N.D.
Mrs. Lavender was assistant manager at Sears of Burlington for 23 years.
She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, Women's Guild, Players Workshop, Burlington Area Art Guild, Historical Society and Friends of the Depot. She was very talented with fabric art and crafts.
Survivors include her husband; three brothers, Richard Schon and Dennis Schon, both of Omaha, Neb., and Ronald Schon of Marysville, Wash.; and two sisters, Delores Krajieck of Omaha, Neb., and Shirley Marecek of Bullhead City, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Visitation will begin after 8 a.m. Tuesday in Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 830 p.m.
The funeral for Mrs. Lavender will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Lunning Chapel, with the Rev. John Hyland officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for American Cancer Society.
