He was a merchant and married to Tzili Altman Heidenfeld. Prior to WWII he lived in Berlin, Germany. During the war he was deported with Transport I/29 from Berlin, Germany to Theresienstadt Ghetto, Czechoslovakia on July 23, 1942.
