"Albert Kaminski, 76, of Dansel Street, Kent, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna.

Born July 24, 1925 in Kent, he was the son of John and Stella Kaminski. He was a lifelong Kent resident.

Mr. Kaminski was employed at NCR for 24 years, and then worked for the Norton Co.. for 16 years until he retired.

He was a member of St. Patrick Church in Kent and Knights of Columbus Council No. 1411. He was an avid euchre player.

He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran

Survivors include his wife, Norma (Waldron), whom he married May 3, 1952; son, John M, of Colorado Springs, Co.; daughter, Michelle M. (Ron) Boggs, of Canton; four grandchildren; and sister, Genevieve (William) Underwood, of Kettering. His sisters, Jessie Yablonski and Helen Steffes, died previously.

The Knights of Columbus will conduct services at 6:45 p.m. followed by calling hours from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Bissler and Sons Funeral Home in Kent. Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Patrick Church in Kent, with the Rev. Tom Kraszewski officiating. Private burial will be in Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent.
