COLUMBUS — Mrs. Lloyd B. Rothe, 60, Clark, N.J., formerly of Columbus, died Friday (May 28, 1971) in a Plainfield, N.J., hospital after a brief illness.
The former Winnifred Fritz attended Milwaukee Downer College and was graduated from the University of Wisconsin. She taught in the Plymouth School District for several years. In 1937 she was married to Lloyd Rothe in Columbus. He died in 1966. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, the P.E.O. and Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. Surviving are a daughter; a son; three sisters; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be Tuesday in Westfield, N.J.
Graveside rites will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Columbus.
