SKOKIE, Ill. -- Faye Zand, 93, died Jan. 14 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. She was a native of Chicago and lived there most of her life. She was a member of Skokie Valley Traditional-Agudath Achim Synagogue. She was the widow of William Zand.

SURVIVORS: a son, Louis Zand of Brookline, Mass.; a daughter, Leah Marks of Philadelphia; two granddaughters, Michele Raskin of Savannah and Nicole Marks of Philadelphia; five grandsons, Dr. Jay Zand of Raritan, N.J., Mitchell Zand of Highland Park, Ill., Richard Zand of Buffalo Grove, Ill., Adam Zand of Cambridge, Mass., and Nathan Zand of Boston; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will sit Shiva in Skokie, Ill.
