FORMER LOCAL RESIDENT DIES
Funeral services were to be held Thursday afternoon at Dubuque for Bernard W. Pink, former resident of Guttenberg, who died at his home in Dubuque last Monday following a brief illness.
Mr. Pink had lived here all his life until about seven years ago when he moved to Dubuque.
Mr. Pink was born October 1, 1888, in Guttenberg, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Pink. On February 16, 1915, he married Emma Habel at Balltown.
He is survived by, in addition to Mrs. Pink, one daughter, Betty, at home, and two sons, Reynold of Milwaukee and Leon at home. also surviving are two grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. John Harter of Stratford, Wisconsin; Mrs. Herman Eilers of Utica, South Dakota, and Mrs. Anna Pink of Guttenberg, and two brothers, Albert and Edward Pink, of Guttenberg.
