Henry Wamser, 73 years old, a resident of Belleville for over 50 years, died at his home at 5:20 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. He was a blacksmith at 1500 West Main Street for many years and manufactured many of the patents used on hoisting machinery and on cages for mines.

Mr. Wamser was born in Freeburg, August 23, 1841, and was married to Miss Anna Marie Becker 49 years ago. He is survived by his widow and the following children:
