"Richard Kaempfer, aged 82, of Schenevus, died November 10, at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, following a short illness. Mr. Kaempfer was born August 28, 1884, in Posen, Germany, the son of Louis and Anna (Heilbronn) Kaempfer. He married Hedwig Nibler in Munich, Germany, in 1917. He had been an accountant most of his life and had resided at Schenevus for 13 years. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ann Elisa Schutt of Schenevus and three grandchildren. Private funeral services were held at 10 a. m. on Saturday, November 12, from the Bennett Funeral Home in Schenevus, with the Rev.
