Mrs. Hall, born in Harnett County, was the daugher of the late James Frank Carter and Mary Russell Eades Carter and the widow of Royce Allen Hall. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Gail Bryant Mitchell and great grandcild, Christopher Logan Zimmerman, a sister, Mildred Carter and four brothers, Odell, Charlie, Pete and Ernest Carter.
She retired from Whitin Roberts after more then 30 years of service.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Bryant Gillis and husband Charles, Kathy Bryant Harrison and husband Dickie and Step daughter, Brenda Hall Blakeley all of Sanford, NC; and two sisters, Annie Ruth Carter and Lois Carter Wilson both of Sanford, NC; eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
The family received friends 4-6pm, Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home of Sanford and other time at the home of her daughter, Pam.
The funeral services were held at 11:30am, Monday, May 3, 2010 at Tramway Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Norman Mitchell and the Rev. Dr. Scott Wilson officiating.
Burial was made in the Buffalo Cemetery.
