Betty was a talented homemaker, incredible seamstress and loving mother. She worked for Dickinson County Department of Human Services for 26 years as a social worker, eventually becoming director. In her retirement, she worked at Amana Heritage Society Museum for 10 years.
Betty was a member of the Amana Heritage Society and Amana Arts Guild. She enjoyed being outside with her flowers, was a world traveler, and was a big fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes. Most of all, Betty loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Shirley Reihman; and a son-in-law, Mike Kajewski.
