Surviving him are his widow, Emelia; two sons, Gene Raymond Russ of Stockton and Wilbur Frank Russ, serving at Camp Pendleton for the marine Corps; mother, Mrs. Amalia Russ of Stockton, and 10 brothers and sisters, Carl Russ, Mrs. Emma Keel, Philip Russ, Bert Russ, Bertha Harding, Hilda McBride, all of Stockton, Lydia Rauser of Lodi, Tena Niessner of Sacramento, Emil and Sam Russ of North Dakota.
