She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Donna Faye Felker; brother, Charles (Chuck) Felker; mother-in-law, Wilma Samford McClellan, and father-in-law, William Samford. Surviving Cindy are her husband David; sons, Kyle and Kory; sister, Carolyn Vienhage Little; brother-in-law, Dan Samford and Mendy; brother-in-law, Dwayne Samford; niece, Lori Felker Mills and nephew, Ron Felker and their families; her niece, Diana Weeks and family; nephew, Charles (Tony) Vienhage and his family; nieces, Cathi Manning and her family; Becky Bryson; Penni Dillstrom and her family; niece, Vicki Meyer; nieces, Brandy Meeks and her family and Kristen Vetere and her family.
Cindy was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Springfield. She was Office Manager for the Evans & Dixon-Springfield Law firm.
