Norman "Bill " Rutledge was born in Muncie,Delaware County ,Indiana.The son of Loring John and Edna Leo "Jefferson" Rutledge. He was a truck driver for Acme Lees now Cullman Products. He was survived by wife Zonetta Jayne "Sears" Rutledge two daughters, one son four sisters,two brothers, ten grandchildren and eight great grand children Burial will take place in The Memory Gardens Mausoleum .
