Judy was born August 16, 1948 in Decatur, the daughter of Jesse and Frances J. (Lynch) Ryan. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Fred Gaffron, son, Keith Gaffron and her brother, Ron Ryan.
Surviving are her aunt, Dorothy Ryan and cousins, Donna (Allan) White, Sue (Dane) Henry, Janet (Phil) Jones, Paula Ryan and Mark (Julieanna) Ryan.
Judy had various employment experiences. She was a generous person and supported many Christian ministries.
