Henry was born the third child of twelve children on May 17, 1913 to Henry and Marie (Weber) Weber Sr. aboard a ship near Baltimore, Maryland AT SEA. The ship was named "The Brennan" and sailed from Brennan, Germany, May, 1913. Another source says the name of ship was "Main". When you are born on the ocean, you considered to be from the country you were coming from, which was Laub (Tarlyk), Samara, Russia, near the Volga River. Laub was name Jake Weber stated his parents were from. The Baltimore Immigration records show place of last residence as Popovka, Volgograd, Volga, Russia.

As a young man, Henry helped his parents on the family farm in various locations such as Moss Maine, Bridger, and Laurel, Montana.

In 1939, while living at Bridger, MT, he encountered Dave Goode, foreman for Caroline Lockhart, Dry Head, MT. Dave took him to Dry Head, Carbon County, Montana to get work.

While there, he worked for the widow Ruth Elizabeth French Smith) Curen. He married Ruth Curen on March 12, 1940 in Billings, Montana. They both continued to ranch at Dry Head, MT until September, 1947. Some of the best years of his life were spent in Dry Head.

He became a naturalized citizen in December of 1940 in Red Lodge, Montana.

In 1947, they moved to Laurel, Montana for their daughter to attend school. Henry worked for a short while in a sugar beet factory in Billings, Montana before going to work for the Northern Pacific Railroad. He worked for the railroad for thirty years working in the icehouses and stockyards and in other capacities. After retiring, Henry moved to Gillette, Wyoming in 2001.

Henry had a remarkable memory and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. He loved the deer and antelope that came into his yard.

He is survived by his daughters, Nedra Weber of Costa Mesa, California and Winnie Sherard of Gillette, Wyoming, one son, Henry Weber III of Hauser Lake, Idaho, one brother John G. Weber of Las Vegas, Nevada, two sisters, Emma Anderson of Aurora, Colorado, Esther Reiter of Bozeman, Montana and twelve grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers, Peter, Jacob, Harry, Alexander, an infant brother and three sisters; Maria, Marie and Hulda.
