Peacefully, on August 6, 2016 at Emmanuel House, Hamilton, Ontario in her 86th year. Predeceased by her husband Heinz Grupe, her husband Dieter Krause, brother Karl-Heinz and sister Helga. Dear mother of Berndt (Vanessa) Grupe of Brantford, Dirk (Carolyn) Krause, Petra (Peter) Carrol and Monica (Ted) Donaghue, all of Hamilton. Beloved Oma of Nolan, Jordan (Chloe), Deacon (Lauryn), Sabrina, Alexis (Dustin), Tyler, Jenny (Josh) and Christopher. Dear Great-grandmother of Finley, Lachlan, Macrae, Avery and Cameron. Loved Tante of Lothar. Mum was the cornerstone of her family and loved hosting family gatherings. She was so proud of all her family members and was a fountain of wisdom. She loved her heavenly Father and knew that she would spend eternity with Jesus. She will be greatly missed and always remembered by her family and friends. Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 27th at 11 a.m. at CityGate Church, 1042 Colborne Street, Brantford, reception following the service.
