Sue was born January 11, 1947 in Gibson County, Indiana, the daughter of Leroy and Lela Mae (Redman) Bertram. She married Jerry Georges on December 31, 1971.
Sue was an active member at Saron Church of Grand Prairie where she spent many years teaching Sunday School, VBS, leading the children's sermons, and directing the Christmas programs. She was also known for her job in customer service at the First National Bank in Olney. Since her retirement, Sue was able to spend more time doing the things she enjoyed. She liked to spend her time gardening, being outside, cooking, and visiting with friends. Sue loved her husband of 45 years, Jerry. They enjoyed traveling to the beach when they had the opportunity and raising their three daughters. They also took pleasure in spending time with their four grandchildren and the granddogs. Even though she will be dearly missed, we can all take comfort in knowing that she has made it to her Heavenly Home.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Georges of Newton; Daughter, Jeri Ann and husband Jason Bostic of Brownsburg, IN; Daughter, Sheri Lynn and husband Micah Gray of Newton, IL; Daughter, Micah Jo and husband Phillip Britton of Olney; Grandchildren, Drew and Taylor Bostic, Ryen and Addysen Gray; and Brother, Michael Bertram and wife Bonnie.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
