SHREVEPORT, LA - Memorial Services for Jules Henry Dreyfuss, 93, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2016, at B'nai Zion Congregation, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Rabbi Dr. Jana L. DeBenedetti.

Jules was born March 13, 1923 in Shreveport, LA to Celeste and Albert Dreyfuss and passed away on December 13, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. He was a lifetime member and past president of B'nai Zion Congregation. He served on the board at Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children for many years. He was a member and past president of the Louisiana Insurance Association. He proudly served our country as a pilot in the United States Navy.

He was preceded in death by his son, Lee Edward Dreyfuss. Jules is survived by his wife of 65 years, Henry Elaine Cahn Dreyfuss; two sons, Robert Cahn Dreyfuss and wife, Amy, and Jules Henry "Hank" Dreyfuss, Jr. and wife, Mimi Tosky; grandchildren, Elizabeth Quiat and husband Dan, Katherine Dreyfuss, Jessica Dreyfuss, Derek Dreyfuss, and Hannah Dreyfuss; great-grandchildren, Noa and Eve Quiat; and brother, Albert Dreyfuss, Jr.
