He was a 1983 graduate of Victoria High School and attended Fort Hays State University. He was a food sales representative and a talented musician and songwriter. He attended St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Munjor. He enjoyed his salads, seeds, licorice and Keystone Light. He also enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Kansas State and Kansas City Royals fan. He enjoyed his dogs, church, spending time at the farm and with his mom and family.
Survivors include his mother, Hays; a son; Ryan Pfeifer, Hays; three daughters, Abby Pfeifer and husband, Ryan, and Anna Pfeifer and Isabelle Pfeifer, all of Hays; four brothers, Anthony Pfeifer III and Karla Reed, Tim Pfeifer and wife, Karen, Terry Pfeifer and wife, Cathy, and Dave Pfeifer and wife, Kristen, all of Hays; two grandchildren, Ella Pfeifer and Liam Pfeifer, Hays; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and a daughter, Victoria Rose Pfeifer.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Munjor; burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to his children in care of Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1906 Pine, Hays, KS 67601.
