Vanessa Carrolle Wynn, beloved daughter, mother, aunt, grandmother and friend, was born in Sherman, TX on March 13, 1961 to Robert and Willie Faye Lewis.
She was a graduate of Sherman High School and attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she obtained a Bachelors degree in Anthropology. Vanessa worked as an International Flight Attendant for American Airlines where she later retired.
Vanessa peacefully passed to eternal life at Faith Presbyterian Hospice of Dallas, on May 13, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kevin Kirk.
She is survived by her husband Rickey Wynn of Plano, TX, daughter April Tabor and husband Corey, granddaughter Anaia Tabor of Austin, TX, brother Robert Lewis and wife Jhordis, sister Stephanie Kirk all of Sherman, aunt Glennora Davis of Huntington Beach, CA, sister-in-law Lee Kirk of Sherman and nieces and nephews, Jason Kirk, Vanessa Kirk, Christopher Kirk,Jessica Lewis, and Summer Jury.
