Mrs. Fehr was born in Belleville on November 4, 1867, a daughter of the late Henry and Caroline Winker, nee Eggersman. Her father, a native of Germany, served with the 149th Infantry during the Civil War. Her mother was a native of St. Charles, Mo. Mrs. Fehr's husband, August Fehr, whom she married on May 17, 1891, in Belleville, died on September 3, 1926.

She was a member of the Ladies' Mission Society of the Zion Lutheran Church.
Funeral at 3 p.m. Friday from Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, to walnut Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Mr. C. Thomas Spitz, pastor, will officiate.
