Reldo H. Kroeger, 77, of Eldridge, died Tuesday, January 28, 1997, at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, Davenport.

Visitation will be 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, at Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport . Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church, Eldridge, or American Heart Association in his memory.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Friday, January 31, at Runge Mortuary, Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa.

Reldo Henry Kroeger was born April 18, 1919, in Stockton, the son of Theodore and Mabel (Thiel) Kroeger. He married Lois Wilhelmina Hintze on January 6, 1945, in Davenport. Together they farmed in Scott County, until retiring in 1971.

Surviving are his wife, Lois; two daughters, Patricia Oster and Debra Dirksen, both of Long Grove; two sons, Ronald Kroeger of Moline, IL, and Dennis Kroeger of Parkview; 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Inez Sharp and Elna Gries; and six brothers, Vernon, Warren, Harold, Duane, Earl and Arlen Kroeger.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Shirley Kroeger.
