Ver Heul, John

John Ver Heul a Hollander, committed suicide by poisoning himself last Thursday night in Md. Prairie Township. His age was about fifty-eight years.

Since the death of his wife about four years ago, he has been very despondent at times, which no doubt led him to commit the deed. A small bottle of poison was found in his pocket. The body was buried in Monroe Cemetery last Saturday.
He surely is buried next to his wife, but doubtful there is a tombstone for him.
