Michalina is thedaughter of John Sobieszczyk and Marianna Kostryeiva. She married first to Thomasz Malek in Poland on 27 September 1861. To this union 3 children were born: Vincent - Ludwicka & Anton Malek. Thomasz died in Poland. She then married a 2nd time to Anton Bigalke on 22 May 1870. To this union 9 children were born: Anna - John - Joseph - Anastasia - Catherine - Joseph - Theodore - Bernard & Anton.
