Funeral will be at p. m. Tuesday at Imznanu- cl Lutheran Church for Mrs. Otto W. Dietz, 64, of 700 Colo- rado St., who died about 5 a.m. yesterday in Schoitz Memorial Hospital of a heart condition. She had been a patient there for two weeks

The Rev. W. D, Getting, pas- tor, will officiate and burial will be in Midwest Garden cemetery, The body will be taken church at noon Tuesday from the Parrott and Wood funeral home

She born Caroline Raatz on Jan. 30, 1895. in Hawkeye, daughter of Mr. Fred- erick Raatz.

She was married o Otto W. Diets on Dee. 8, 915, in Little Falls, Minn. Mrs. came to Waterloo n 1927.

She was a member of he Immanuel Lutheran Church and of the Dorcas Society of the church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a LeRoy of 210 Lane St.; two daughters, Virgil Stahlhut, Rochester, Winn., and Mrs. Paul Chris tiansen, 1029 Kingsley Ave.; Jive ;randchildren and. three broth ers, Frank and Enrio Raatz, both of'Bertram, Minn., and William Raatz, Little Falls, Minn.

She was preceded in death her parents and two sisters.
