He was the son of Creed M. Fulton and Emma Walsh Fulton.
On November 23, 1912 as Creed W. Fulton, he married Cora Becker at Seneca Falls, New York.

Creed Walsh Fulton, a retired consulting engineer and former vice president of two Philadelphia firms, the American Pulley Co. and the Samuel J. Creswell Iron Works, died Sunday at the Kenneson Convalescent Home in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. He was 82 and lived at the Cambridge Apartments, Alden Park. During the Second World War, Mr. Fulton worked closely with Army Ordnance on the development and manufacture of the famed "bazooka" rocket grenade and other important munitions items. Born in Dayton, Tennessee, Mr. Fulton was raised in Washington, D.C. A 1905 graduate of McKinley Tech, he received his mechanical engineering degree from Cornell University in 1909. Mr. Fulton moved to Philadelphia in 1942. He retired six years ago while a consultant for the Work Factor Corp., now the Science Management Corp., in Moorestown, New Jersey. Mr. Fulton was active in the National Home Guard during World War I. He was a Mason and a member of the Philadelphia Cricket Club and the Germantown Cricket Club.
Surviving are three daughters, Miss Katherine W. Fulton, Mrs. Ruth F. Carow and Mrs. Carol F. Bell; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Seabury S. Gould (Mary "Ana" Fulton Gould). Memorial services will be at 3PM Wednesday at the Memorial Church of the Good Shepherd, 3820 The Oak Road, Germantown, Pennsylvania where he was a member. Interment will be private at Waterloo, New York.
