Jewell F. Fox, age 88 of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017. She was a member of Luretta United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Coyle Fox Sr.; parents, Wilson and Edna Carnes Fox; sisters, Mabel Simpson and Wilma Fox; brothers Olin, Jack, and Dewey Fox and nephews, David Maranville and Claude Ownby.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Coyle and Linda Fox; daughter, Beth Fox and son-in-law Earl Aneas, daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Jim Atchley; grandchildren, Valerie Fox, Stacey Whaley and husband Austin Whaley; great-grandson, Abel Whaley; sister-in-law, Pauline Fox; sister, Veryle Helton; nieces, Maxine Ownby, Patsy Harkins and husband David and other nieces and nephews; loving friend and caregiver Eunice Reagan; special friends, Hollis McCroskey, Art and Marie Belt, Yvonne McCroskey and the congregation of Luretta United Methodist Church. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the Worth family for all the years of love and friendship, as well as a special thanks to UT Medical Center Hospice Services.

Rev. John Clark and Rev. Fred Heard officiating. Interment at 2 PM Sunday in Burchfield Memorial Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Hollis McCroskey, Austin Whaley, David Clark, Josh Clark, David McFalls, Jerry Burns, Art Belt and Tracy Mancke.
