A large number of friends and relatives turned out Saturday afternoon to
witness the marriage ceremony which united Jos. Strong, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Peter Strong and Miss Vera Sontag, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm
Sontag at St. John's Lutheran Church. The attending couples were Eldon
Sontag and Miss Imgard Sontag, Clarence ?? and Miss Theresa Strong and
Fred Fanslau and Miss Rose Strong. After Rev. Doehler had performed the
solemn ceremony, the invited guests repaired to the home of the bride's
parents where an elaborate feast was enjoyed and then the assembled host
proceeded to the Armory Hall where a joyous social dance closed the
festivities. The couple will make their home in this city where the
groom is employed at the Hamilton plant. The Reporter extends
