Survivors include his wife, Mistie Speer, son, Izea Luis Speer, step-sons, Cody Burrow, Jacob (Breanna) Burrow, brothers, Bill (Thresa) Speer, James (Rhonda) Speer, sisters, Sandra (Terry) Tankersley, Janice (Jason) Eddleman and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
