Charles Sherman "Jack" White

Funeral services for Charles Sherman "Jack" White, 71, of Union were held Monday, February 16, at 2 p.m., from Union Methodist Church, with Rev. R. Michael Hicks officiating. Interment was in the Union Cemetery.

Mr. White died Sunday, Feb. 15, at Laird Hospital in Union. He was a member of the Union United Methodist Church, Union Chamber of Commerce, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and he was retired from the Ms. State Highway Dept.

Mrs. Robert E. Case, accompanied by Mrs. Lisa Hicks provided special music at the memorial service.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Jo White; two sisters, Mary E. Jones, Bernice Eshee; two nephews, Billy H. Eshee and Bobby C. Jones.

Pallbearers were: Billy H. Eshee, Bobby C. Jones, V. O. Collins, Willie Howard French, Larry Addy, and Doyle Gordon.

Stephens Union Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
