Elizabeth L. “Betty” Anglehart, 80, of Marinette, Wis., passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 28, 2018, at her home. She was born June 1, 1937, in Menominee Township to Peter and Barbara Linsmeier. Betty spent her early life in Birch Creek and was a graduate of Menominee High School. Betty married Thomas M. Anglehart of Marinette on November 26, 1960. He preceded her in death on May 27, 2005. Betty devoted many years to raising her family and also had been employed over the years by the former First National Bank, now Huntington Bank. She loved being with her family and especially enjoyed cooking for them. Betty also enjoyed playing cards, reading and crossword puzzles. She had been a volunteer for the BAMC Auxiliary. She was a member of Holy Family Parish in Marinette. Betty will be sadly missed and is survived by three sons: Jeff, Michael (Nancy) and Scott, all of Marinette; six grandchildren: Sarah, Emma, Cameron, Dawson, Jacob and Abbie; one great-grandchild, J.J.; a brother-in-law, Richard (Rita) Anglehart; a sister-in-law, Mary (Richard) Enstrom; other family members and many special friends and neighbors. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Teresa Hoffmann; one sister, Marion; and four brothers: Elmer, Robert, William and Peter Linsmeier. A family visitation will be held at Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home in Marinette. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Holy Family Parish-St. Joseph Church, Carney Boulevard in Marinette by the Reverend Celestine Byekwaso.
