She was born August 28, 1919 in St. Louis, Missouri; a daughter of the late Milton and Lucille Akean Rall. She was married on November 26, 1939 to Karl E. Puetz who preceded her in death on December 27, 2001.
Ralline graduated from Hadley Vocational School in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a homemaker and was involved in the operation of the family farm. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hawk Point. In her earlier years, she enjoyed riding her bike, swimming and horseback riding.
She is survived by five sons and three daughters: Karlyne White, Kathy Laird, Dennis Puetz, Karen Wolf, Gary Puetz, Ted Puetz, Ron Puetz and Karl Puetz; 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
