A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2006, in Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Vancouver for Esther G. Carter, who died Nov. 18 at age 89.
Esther Groskopf was born June 14, 1917, in Lincoln, Neb. She later lived in Cornelius. She worked for Pendleton Woolen Mills. Her husband Dan died in 1995.
Survivors include her son, Richard A. Weinbender; daughter, Betty L. Simons; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
