Friederike Guss, 85 of Warrenton, VA and formerly of Bronx, NY died on October 11, 2009 at Sudley Manor House in Manassas, VA.
She was born in Romania on October 1, 1924 the daughter of Peter and Katherina Konnerth Binder.
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband Peter Guss, a grandson, Peter Victor Guss and a brother, August Binder.
She is survived by her son, Peter Guss and his wife Diane of Warrenton, VA, two sisters, Katherina Zeiler, Vienna, Austria and Julie Virca, Eisslingen, Germany and two grandchildren, Katherine Guss, Arlington, VA and Amanda Guss, Chicago, IL.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 12 noon at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 6194 Dumfries Rd., Warrenton, VA by Pastor Debbie Frye. Interment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY.
