DEATH: Obit: BUCKINGHAM, Oct. 26 - Odelle Llewellyn Steger, 92, of Buckingham, died Thursday, October 21, 2004. She was born April 3, 1912 in Buckingham County, the daughter of the late William Addison Llewellyn and Nannie Crews Llewellyn. She was the widow of Andrew J. Steger. Mrs. Steger was a lifelong member of Mulberry Grove Baptist Church where she served as clerk for many years. She is survived by a son, A. J. Steger, Jr. and his wife, Marlene of Great Falls; a daughter, Gloria Steger Wood and her husband, Roland of Buckingham: two sisters, Virginia Llewellyn Pritchett of Bracey and Celia Llewellyn Epperson of Buckingham; four grandchildren, Kristy S. Rumbaugh and her husband. Matt of Fairfax, Craig A. Steger and his wife, Lori of Herndon, Courtney W. Whitt and her husband, Billy of Manassas and R. Carter Wood, III of Arlington and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, William G. Llewellyn. Funeral services were held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mulberry Grove Baptist Church with interment in Buckingham Community Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mulberry Grove Baptist Church or Heritage Hall Resident Aid Fund.
