Judy Mitchell, 65, of Texarkana, TX died April 30, 2019 in a local nursing home. Ms. Mitchell was born September 5, 1953 in Amarillo, TX. She was a hard working, independent woman with a great personality. She loved Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Helen and Don Mitchell; and her brother, Van Allen Mitchell.
Survivors include two sisters, Bonnie Clarkson and Sally Higgins and a brother, Don A. Mitchell, Jr.; she also has an aunt, Buelah Mitchell; and uncle, Pete Mitchell and; 6 nieces and nephews; and one great niece and one great nephew.
Services will be 2 p.m., Friday, May 3, 2019 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown, located at 602 Olive St., Texarkana, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
