He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Katherine Coe, Kansas City; two brothers, Peter C. Spahn and Jacob Spahn, Wichita, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Ingenthron and Mrs. Katherine Bux, Topeka.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 7:30 o'clock at the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. The body will lie in state at Talty's funeral home until the funeral hour.
