Born February 18, 1919, in Backnang, Germany, to Paul and Emma Russ Schulten, she married Kurt Nonnenmacher. He died in 1942.
She later married Eugen Christ on January 13, 1945, in Scheppach, Germany. He also died Monday of injuries sustained in the same accident.
Surviving are two daughters, Gisela (and James) Stogsdill, and Hanne "Lori" (and Frank) Reliford.one son, Wolfgang (and Barbara), 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Luise Schaeffler, Marta Russ and Erna Laegler, and one brother, Willi Russ.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
She and her husband owned and operated Christ's Bakery in Princeville for many years, retiring in 1993.
She was a member of Apostolic Christian Church in Princeville.
