About two and a half hours ago I returned from my first Beach visit since May 8, 07 and Alice was standing at the door waiting for me with the sad news:
My brother, Ing Josef Pytlik, Passed away.
Brother would have been 78 on July 5.
Last time I've seen Pepik, (nickname for Josef) at Prague airport last May 31, 2007 when he accompanied me to my return flight back to L.A.
His sudden death leaves me surprised and very sad.
However, my brother, during my short visit was mentioning to me, that he is ready...and that he thinks that his large number of near- misses with the Death were exhausted.
I hoped that I'll see him again soon, perhaps next year.
I'm glad that I made my trip to Prague this year and we could see each other. When I go to bed tonight, it will be time for me not to sleep, but to cry and pray.
