Theresa L. Zimmerling Elsinger, 68, of Marysville, Kan., died Sunday, July 14, 2019 as a result of an automobile accident in Jefferson County, east of Perry, KS.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 26 at Kinsley Mortuary in Marysville.
Theresa was born August 20, 1950 at Marysville to Walter O. and Bertille (Koel) Zimmerling. She was a homemaker and daycare provider.
Theresa married Merlin Sohl, he preceded her in death in 1981. She later married Charles Elsinger. He survives. Other survivors include brothers, Mike (Phyllis) Simmons, Walt (Charlotte) Zimmerling, both of Frankfort, Paul “PeeWee” (Mary) Zimmerling, Home, Phil (Judy) Zimmerling, Axtell; and sisters Grace Wion , Rose Drake, both of Texas, Zena Allen, Dolores Foutts, Dorothy Landreth, all of Kansas City.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and brothers, Jimmy Zimmerling, Charlie Zimmerling, Bob Zimmerling; and sisters, Verla and Nadine.
