Max Medved, 70 years old, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, for 50 years. died Tuesday night at his home at 500 Ohio Avenue. An active church worker, Mr. Medved was one of the organizers of the St. Peter and Paul Society of the Holy Family Catholic Church He had been an employee of Armour & Co. for 42 years.
Besides his widow, Mrs. Katherine Medved, of the home, he leaves two daughters, Mrs. R. M. Woolery of Lexington, Kentucky, and Miss Anna Medved of the home; three sons, Max Medved Jr. also of the home, John Medved of 1121 Riverview Avenue and Frank Medved of 2023 Sandusky Avenue, both of Kansas City, Kansas.
Funeral services were held on Monday morning from the home and at 9 o'clock at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.∼Parents are listed as John Medved and Katarina Ferheit
