Word reached us of the death of Miss Anna Von Seggren, daughter of Mrs. S. Von Seggren who lives east of Scribner. Miss Von Seggren had had poor health for some time, she had just returned from an extended visit to Omaha. The deceased was well known and universally liked, her sudden death will cause sorrow with her friends where ever they may be found. The funeral services were held at the house last Friday afternoon and the body was interred in the German Lutheran cemetery at the Oldenburg church.
