Irma married Albert Morlok October 8, 1951 in Wayne, Neb. The Morloks owned and operated Albert's Lodge on U.S. Highway 126, east of Springfield for 10 years. They moved to Toledo and owned Toledo True Value from 1975 to 1981.
Morlok was a lifetime member of the Missouri Synod Lutheran Church. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church until its closure.
While her health allowed it, Morlok enjoyed flower gardening and reading. Her children and grandsons were always a large part of her life.
Irma was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Karl, and her husband Al in 1981.
Survivors include her children Jeff Morlok and wife Debi of Wayne; Maxine Cleeton and husband Dan of Brentwood, Tenn.; Mark Morlok of Springfield, Ore.; and Julie Baldwin and husband Andy of Toledo; grandsons Bruce Baldwin of Newberg, Eric Baldwin of Toledo, Daniel Cleeton of Nashville, Tenn., Patrick Cleeton of Nashville, Marine Corporal Jordan Morlok of Miramar Base, Calif., and Brett Morlok of Wayne. She is also survived by four brothers and one sister.
For more than five years Morlok lived at the Ammons Care Home. The family wishes to sincerely thank Edna Ammons, her family and workers for their wonderful care and kindness.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 15 at All Nations Lutheran Church in Newport.
