Margaret Johnsen, a lifelong resident of New Rochelle died on March 18, 2002. She was 91. Mrs. Johnsen was born on May 26, 1910 in New Rochelle to the late Tony and Maria Germano. She married L. George Johnsen at St. Joseph's Church. He died in 1986. Mrs Johnsen is survived by a daughter, Sonja Moeller of Huntsville, Alabama; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jerry Germano of Mount Vernon. She is predeceased by a daughter, Alice Benevento, who died in 1988. Visiting will be Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl., New Rochelle. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Thursday at 10:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will follow at Beechwoods Cemetery.
