Thomas was the son of Thomas McNulty and Mary Burns. He married Agnes Esther McLean on August 01, 1898 in Oconto. Thomas was a lumberman and the city assessor. He and Agnes had 7 children: Meade Henry, Lurlyn Elizabeth, Thomas James, Jr., Lionel (23 days), Allen Francis, John Niles, and Baby T (stillborn). He died at home, 327 Adams Street, Oconto, Wisconsin.

Oconto Funeral Held
For Former Assessor

Oconto, Wis. - Funeral services for Thomas J. McNulty, former Oconto city assessor, were held this morning at St. Joseph's Catholic church, the Rev M. G. Alt officiated, and burial was in the Oconto Catholic cemetery.

The pallbearers were Joseph Housner, John McGovern, Frank Lingelbach, James Young, Harley Grandall and James McGovern. Private Jack McNulty, a son, came here from Camp Livingston, LA., to attend the funeral.
