Regina M. Brawner – Age 90, of Nashville, passed away June 27, 2020.
Mrs. Brawner was a caring, thoughtful and loyal woman with a very happy disposition. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, cooking for and entertaining family, crocheting, needle work, going to yard sales and finding a good bargain.

Regina started work in 1945 at age 16 as a telephone switchboard operator for a New York telephone company. She also worked for ATT and South Central Bell. She retired in 1989 from ATT as a Sales Representative.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Brawner; son David E. Brawner; father Frederick Martens; mother Regina Bley Martens Grube; stepfather William Grube; sister Dorothea Alexander; brothers Frederick Martens and Johnny Grube. Survived by her son Robert Brawner (Gail), grandchildren Nathan Brawner (Amanda) and Alan Brawner; sister Wilma Popowick; several extended family and friends.

A Life Celebration will be held 11:00am, Tuesday, July 7th at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Burial to follow at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
