Carol, age 60, died after battling cancer. She was the daughter of Ralph and Betty Reichert. She married Glen Albert Bannister. Glen died when Carol was 27. She married Gary Sinning but later divorced. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, and her brother, Jeff Reichert. She is survived by her children, Courtney Bannister, Rusty Bannister, Lizzie Jackson, Mike Bannister, and Katie Lierz, nine grandchildren, and her siblings, Connie Brunner, Nancy Frank, Donna Nanninga, Cathy Gabay, and Ralph Reichert. A private ceremony was held at Carol's Park. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery in Hiawatha.
