He married Alice Pleasance Liddell on the 15th September 1880 at Westminster Abbey.
They had three sons: Alan Knyveton Hargreaves (1881-1915), Leopold Reginald "Rex" Hargreaves (1883-1916), and Caryl Liddell Hargreaves (1887-1955). All three served in World War I; Alan and Leopold were killed in action, while Caryl survived to have a daughter and also served in World War II.
He died on the 13th February 1926 at Cuffnell's, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, England.
I have seen different accounts of his burial in that he and Alice's cremated remains were interred at St Michael and All Angels Churchyard, if you search on the internet and ask where he was buried it says Westminster Abbey. Maybe a commemorative plaque is there for him.
I have found in a book by Anne Clarke who was a founder member of the Lewis Carroll society describing his death and his obituary "has having married "Alice in Wonderland" and he was buried in the Hargreaves family grave with his Father and Mother in the cemetery of Lyndhurst Parish Church". (which is aka St Michael and All Angels Churchyard) (page 229 of "The Real Alice" by Anne Clarke).
